very clean and big room, very good bed - big size, surrouding quiet, nice personel, parking, good location for day trips to the lakes and major cities seems also good facilities for conferences

same breakfast for 8 days with very limited options to combine. only same scramble eggs, same type of standard cheese, same sweets, same 3 vegetables, same ... i missed some olives for example, some local cheese and pasteries - which are very good in Italy. 2 days in the row, no toillet paper refill - had to go to reception. they sent someone quickly, but first time the paper was low quality and smelly not at 4* level - mentioning this because we paid over 150 Euro / night .. and it is not normal.

El aire acondicionado estaba muy fuerte, pedimos que ajustaran la temperatura pero no sentimos diferencia

The bed was comfortable.

Overpriced for the standard maintained at the hotel. Many small issues with the room: Dirty towel in bathroom on arrival Shower flooded bathroom Peeling wallpaper Ragged threads on lampshade Toilet seat loose Toilet seat yellowing and scuffed Bathroom lock didn’t work Yellowed white sheet on bed Fridge dirty We were expected to pay for pool towels, but they didn’t tell us when we asked for them.
