Loved the staff everyone was so lovely and polite. All remembered my name or knew my name before I met them. This service and attention to the customer experience goes above and beyond my expectations. I would return just for this. The spa was incredible also. Great hot stone massage and wonderful indoor and outdoor pools.

I thought the food was mediocre especially because it’s a five star hotel which I found surprising but I found the same in other hotels and restaurants around Malta so maybe it’s not uncommon but it was the only disappointing aspect of my stay which impacted badly on an otherwise perfect hotel.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and could not do enough for us - they made our stay! The pool and area were lovely and relaxing We used the indoor spa/pool The breakfast was superb and served in a lovely room Would definitely stay again

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An absolutely wonderful stay! Everything was perfect from beginning to end. I spent six days here and had an amazing time. I loved every moment: the beautiful pools, the comfortable sun loungers, the elegant and relaxing spa area, and the massages, which were truly excellent. The rooms were spotless, immaculate and very comfortable, the food was delicious, and every area was beautifully maintained down to the smallest detail. But what I appreciated most was the atmosphere: every day I found peace, serenity and complete tranquillity, exactly what I needed to completely disconnect from everyday life. The Ferragosto evening was wonderful and made the stay even more special. ❤️ A truly five-star experience in every way. I absolutely loved this place and would return without hesitation. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
