It served its purpose of my one-night stay. Don't think is for longer stays as there isn't a pool or
Front desk staff very unfriendly and lack of care. I am a former hospitality director and your FD staff in an out completely indifferent. online were very nice, but in person very cold. However, our breakfast waiter deserves a rise. He was very welcoming and professional. Like day and night. Also, our room could hear everyone talking outside the corridor. Not sure if they were laud guests or your housekeeping staff.

The front desk staff and staff at Sky Europa Cafe were very friendly, efficient, and helpful.
I could never get hot water in the shower and my 2nd floor room faced a ground floor bar across the street which was very popular given the noise late into both nights.
