Almost everything.
Too many small children, but it was expected since as it is family hotel with many kids facilities.

The hotel is set in a beautiful location. The children were able to nap in the shade of the pine trees, the sea is crystal clear, the food is good, and the staff genuinely make an effort. Overall, everything went well and we had a pleasant stay.
The meal times are arranged rather awkwardly. Breakfast and dinner are both very short, which isn't ideal when you're traveling with children and naturally need more time. Also, lunch for children is served from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, while breakfast ends at 10:00 AM. That schedule doesn't really make much sense.
Another thing is that if I want to replace the beach towels, I have to pay for it. The same goes for the bed linens, if it's not the scheduled day for changing them, I have to pay as well. Thankfully, the housekeeping staff were reasonable and changed our towels whenever they actually needed changing, rather than strictly following the schedule.
The hotel's beach loungers are also subject to an extra charge of €10 per set (two loungers), which I also found unreasonable. At most hotels I've stayed at, beach loungers are only charged to people who are not hotel guests.

Everybody was super friendly. The best surprise came with dinner: free drinks! Even offering water would surpass the usual, but there was a choice of red and white wine, beer and juices. And at the checkout we got a little dried lavender bag, really nice touch.
It got a little too crowded.

Food poisoning on the first evening. Stayed in the room for 2 days after that. My wife and our son has digestive issues as well. Food was mostly average in quality and variety. Cleaning staff great. Food buffet staff mostly incompetent and not very service oriented. 1 small beach, limited sun beds… 900 ppl in the hotel. 80 sun beds. A Joke. Great surrounding area, but I would advise a different hotel.
