Convenience of the restaurants as well as access to the airport
Unfortunately, they gave me a room that was occupied so I had to take time to go back to the front desk and make them aware of their mistake

Extremely comfortable bed.
So much appreciated for my short nights sleep
As i had a 5 am check in.
the floor covering in my room in the annex had obviously been lifted by earlier flooding
So it was a bit noisy and bothersome to walk on

I live in Puebla so I use this hotel often when I am flying out of Mexico City very early or arriving very late.
This time they did not even provide a showercap. There was a box that said showercap but it was empty. This is the second time this happens.
