Oda çok temizdi ve otelin konumu harikaydı. Kahvaltı sınırsızdı her şey vardı. Odalarda çay ve kahve ile su ısıtıcısı vardı. Merkeze yürüyüş mesafesindeydi. Yataklar yumuşacıktı. Odalarda klima vardı.
Otelin sevmediğim bir yönü yoktu. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih etmek isteyeceğim otellerden birisi oldu. Giriş ve çıkış gayet kolaydı. Ödenilen ücreti kesinlikle hak eden bir işletme.

Schönes Hotel am Rand der Altstadt, tolle Lage, um die Altstadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Ruhige Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück.
Beim Frühstück gibt es nur Toastbrot und nur einen Toaster, das kann etwas schwierig werden.

La struttura si trova a pochi passi dal centro storico di Riga e dalla fermata dell’autobus da e per l’aeroporto, circondata da locali e ristoranti. La nostra camera era molto ampia e luminosa, bagno non molto grande, ma comodo e pulito. Ottima e abbondante la colazione, ci sono più prodotti per la colazione salata, ma anche cornetti, torte, piccoli pancake, pane e marmellata. Ottime le bevande della macchinetta (latte macchiato top).
La nostra camera affacciava sulla stradina da cui si accede all’hotel, dove ci sono alcuni locali che restano aperti fino a notte fonda (uno anche fino alle 10 del mattino dopo, nel weekend), quindi si possono sentire gli schiamazzi di gente un po’ troppo allegra. Non è colpa dell’hotel ovviamente… in camera comunque abbiamo trovato dei tappi per le orecchie e le finestre hanno i doppi vetri, siamo riuscite a dormire lo stesso (in settimana non abbiamo avuto problemi)

Гостиница находится в Старом городе. В 2 минутах ходьбы от большого ТЦ и супермаркета. В 5 минутах остановка автобуса в аэропорт, поездка стоит 1,5 евро. Это, пожалуй и всё. В целом неплохая гостиница, достаточно чисто. Но явно не 4 звезды.
Останавливаюсь в этой гостинице уже больше 15 лет, когда у неё ещё было другое название и только 3 звезды. Раньше были очень удобные подушки и приятные одеяла. Звезду добавили, а качество ухудшается. Скорее всего, больше не вернусь.
Качество номеров ухудшилось. Смотрятся уставшими. Хотя в ванной чисто. При заселении не работал холодильник, он был тёплым и грязным, со сквозной трещиной на пластиковой дверце. Попросила на ресепшене исправить, по возвращении работал. Не совсем поняла за что дали ещё одну звезду: в номерах нет бутылки воды, нет бара, нет тапочек, нет даже гигиенических принадлежностей типа кремов для тела или ватных наборов. Хотя у уборщицы в тележке я их видела. Брала улучшенный номер с увеличением пространства, но он мне показался маленьким для 20 кв.м.
Под окном находятся бары, которые закрываются в 9 утра. Всю ночь очень громкая музыка и крики. Но к этому надо быть готовым или брать номер с видом во двор.
Завтрак вроде бы разнообразный, но очень среднего качества. Каждый день одно и то же. Раньше завтрак был лучше и разнообразней.
Уборка не очень. Первый день кровать была неаккуратно заправлена. На второй день был мусор на полу в ванной рядом с мусоркой. Никто не подмел. Полотенце для ног положили сверху на полотенца для лица и тела.
На ресепшене говорят только по-английски. Помню время, когда администраторы говорили на нескольких языках, в том числе и по-русски. Русских каналов на ТВ больше нет.

Everything was perfect. For the price and location this was the best bet. Close to the centre surrounded by bars and restaurants and walking distance to all attractions. The room had everything we needed and reception staff were always available. Breakfast was ok too with options for everyone.
Nothing really, except for the bathroom specifically the toilet could have been cleaner when we checked in. No bathroom amenities unless asked for and some come at a charge which is understandable for the small room we booked. But to keep in mind, soap was available though.

Labai puikūs, gausaus pasirinkimo, skanūs pusryčiai, malonūs darbuotojai. Jaukus, dailus, švarus viešbutukas, erdvus ir šiltas kambarys. Viskas nauja, tvarkinga, iki detalių apgalvota gyventojų patogumui -nemokami vandens buteliukai, kava, arbata; daug rankšluosčių, chalatai, ausų kamštukai, batų valymui kempinėlė ir pan. Nuostabus vaizdas pro langus (iš 5 a.)- čerpių stogai, lemputėmis nušviestos lauko kavinės ir t.t.
Puiki vieta- 5 min. pėsčiomis iki Operos teatro, pro langus matyti šv.Petro bazilika.
Parkingas - vidiniame viešbučio kieme.
Prie viešbučio - daug barų, kavinių su staliukais lauke (nors ir spalio galas, žvarbu), kas - smagu ir nuostabu švenčiantiems, tačiau keblu, norintiems miegoti po 23 val. Jaunimėlis rėkavo gatvėse iki paryčių. Nors numerio langai dvigubi, garso izoliacija smarkiai slopino garsus, tačiau jautriai užmiegantiems ne veltui palikti ausų kamštukai...

At weekends might be bit loud outside as there is a rock cafe close by, but doesn’t really bother much.

Perfectly located hotel only a few steps away from the old town. It is in nice condition, service is kind and attentive. We had a superior room on the 1st floor facing the side street. It was spacious and super clean. Breakfast was included which they served in a restaurant they have direct connection with. Selection is alright you can definitely find yourself something you like. Qualitywise it is fine as well. We were able to store our bags in the luggage room after checkout, which was a big help. Overall it is a good hotel, I would recommend it if you are a good sleeper:)
The only drawback I need to mention, is that there is a bar close to the hotel which is open until 6 AM and plays music very loudly. In our it took only 30 minutes between 0:30-1:00 AM, but still it might disturb other guests. They have provided earplugs but not everyone can sleep in those so it is not the perfect solution.

Our room had windows to the street and there was really a lot of noise at night - even with windows closed. That was the only thing we didn't like.

Very central location close to all highlights in Riga. The room was nice, the bed comfortable. The breakfast was great- a lot of options and very good coffee (which is not common at hotel's breakfasts). The stuff was welcoming.
There is a bar with a terrace in the courtyard which was directly below our windows. They had very loud parties every day till 3am. Fortunately the hotel provided us earplugs so it was fine and we were able to fall asleep. But do not expect quiet hours from 22:00 as is common. :)

Breakfast was excellent and original room was comfortable and clean.
On the second night of our 3 night stay our key card stopped working. The receptionist came to assist and was unable to open the door either with a new card or with a manual key. We were put in another room overnight and the entire door mechanism had to be replaced the next day by a locksmith. This left us with no access to any of our belongings overnight and delayed our plans for the next day while we remained locked out of our room.
On checkout I asked for this to be reflected in the price since the room we were temporarily placed in was of lower value than the room we had booked, and for the inconvenience of having had no access to our things. The girl on reception stated she knew nothing about the situation and was a trainee so could not help or find anyone else to help. As a result I paid the full price and sent an email explaining I was unhappy with this. I have received no acknowledgement and therefore am reflecting this in the score I have given. This is a shame as we had otherwise enjoyed our stay.

The location of the hotel was good. Breakfast is normal. However, when we checked in, all the outlets in our room were not working. Accordingly, the refrigerator, TV did not work, it was impossible to charge phones and a computer. To our surprise, we were told that the master would come tomorrow and take a look. We were not satisfied with this. Then they said that another administrator would come at 20 o'clock and take a look. Then we insisted that we need to check the electric machines. They were in the next room. And one of them was indeed disabled. Thus, with our help, the problem was solved. And I didn't have to wait until tomorrow. The first impression was already unpleasant.
The renovation in the room is already tired. Old furniture Very uncomfortable pillows..There was water in the sink.

It looks and feels s bit old. It’s noisy outside, you’ll be in the heart of the old town, but the windows don’t block sounds completely… beds are ok, but only ok.

As our stay was on weekend, we couldn't sleep well because of the noise that came from outside. On the same street, there was many popular bars and clubs.
