The team was outstanding and went above and beyond in helpings print items, confirm metro connections, find an odd pillow, the list goes on. They are a credit to the company and ownership of the hotel.
there was a consistent loud noise from the air conditioner that tended to wake us up, this might be able to be remedied. In aggregate, it did not change how we felt about the hotel.

We booked this property last minute after our Airbnb cancelled on us. We were so happy we did! The staff were so helpful and friendly. The carried our baggage to the room. The air conditioning worked great in the heat wave!!! The hotel is located on a quiet beautiful alley way. The metro is a close 5-8 minutes walk, and it was easy for us to get anywhere we wanted in Paris. The rooms were clean and well kept. We ate breakfast at the nearby bakeries most mornings, but we had the hotel breakfast on the last day, and it was wonderful! I loved their hot chocolate! They messaged us after we had left letting us know we left something behind and they would hold it for us. Very good customer service! We would absolutely stay here again!
