Die Lage und Aussicht aufs Meer von der Panorama Suite waren traumhaft.
Direkter Zugang zur Ostsee Therme war toll.
Die Ausstattung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Teppich, Vorhänge und Kopfkissen haben sehr muffig gerochen. Man merkt den Sanierungsstau.

Excellent breakfast selection and outstanding, helpful staff. The hotel is beautifully located directly on the beach, offering stunning views of the Bay of Lübeck. Although the property is not new and has been around for many years, it is exceptionally well maintained and spotlessly clean.
For guests who enjoy sports and wellness activities, the hotel offers thermal baths, swimming pools, saunas, and electric bike rentals. The surrounding area is breathtakingly beautiful and ideal for exploring by bike. There are dedicated cycling paths everywhere, making it both enjoyable and very safe.
The hotel is not located in the very center of town, but the town center is only about a 15-20 minute walk away. The route follows the seafront along a pleasant tree-lined promenade, making the walk an enjoyable way to get some extra exercise. For guests with limited mobility, there is a public transport stop directly in front of the hotel, providing convenient access to the town center and other attractions.

The staff was very nice, and the location of the hotel is lovely in front of a nice beach. The Room was spacious and the bathroom was impecable. Comfy bed too.
The whole water park they have attached to it, which was one of the main reasons why we booked this hotel. It felt like a free public park. It did not feel relaxing or luxurious. The amount of people there, the amount of kids yelling (the park is open to the general public and it gets really packed). The spa also seems to never have availability. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for couples or people who are looking for a relaxing get-away. The bridge connecting the hotel to the water park smelt funny, and I agree with the comments about the food. Very limited options, and the food was OK, but definitely overpriced for what it was. This is more like a 4* accommodation.
