Cleanliness. Modern. Fairly compact (Mobility issues). Friendly staff.
Bathroom had nowhere to put or hang clothes when having a shower. Leaving the floor as the only option.
For one breakfast, there were no coffee cups available and the most common coffees (latte, cappuccino, etc) had run out.
A noodle dinner of prawns, crab and linguine had no crab or linguine in it.

The staff is very friendly with great customer service.
Room is comfortable and spacious with a lovely bathroom. I liked the little fridge in the room, to keep water and drinks cold.
Food was good and nice outside section.

The lovely lady on check-in and the lovely chap on checkout. The ambiance. The cleanliness. The fab food, the super-comfortable beds. What an amazing place.

Standard corporative hotel with good facilities. Check comfortable room and bed. Average restaurant. Good stop over for morning ferry from Portsmouth
Had to pay for parking.
