I loved the staff, they were absolutely impeccable and made us feel like royalty. It was also such a peaceful place. The grounds were very beautiful to relax in.
There was a guest who tutted when we went to dinner as I had to wear trainers. That was because I'd recently had intervention on my Achilles tendon which recently ruptured and I am still struggling to walk on anything but trainers or slippers for comfort and safe grip. The gentleman in question tried to make us feel bad. Some clients at these wonderful places get overly entitled and it's very upsetting.

The Breakfast needs revising and updating.
There is little if you do not take the full cooked breakfast other than boxed cereals and toast. We asked if we could have porridge and this was declared “not possible “
These days all menus should include healthy options
See above. The dinner menu too was old fashioned and too “meaty “
