I had a really pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, the room was nicely presented, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and welcoming.
I was very happy with my stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Good number of attentive staff around. All had happy attitude and went out of their way to see if they could help.
Paid for parking in my room rate but only very limited parking available at the hotel so had to park in a nearby multi-storey car park one night. Quite a way to carry luggage and all of our work gear.

Excellent breakfast. I was very happy with the room. There is some traffic noise, so if you are sensitive to noise, take earplugs. The room was very clean, comfortable and easy to move around.
If I do have a tiny issue, it is the mugs were somewhat stained. No problem, I cleaned them myself. I suppose as someone who is lactose intolerant, non lactose milk portions in the room would be nice, but it probably does not make good business sense.
