The hotel is cheap and has a lot of rooms so if you find yourself traveling to Constanta very last minute, you can always find a room with them.
Book only if you need it for 1-2 nights and don't plan to spend too much time in the room.
The staff is super nice and helpful. This is a big plus.
The price is probably the biggest advantage this hotel has.
The hotel is quite far from city center, but if you travel by car this is not a big problem.
What I didn't like was the dust in the room. There is so much dust everywhere. Your belongings are covered in it overnight.
Also the bathroom is not properly cleaned. The toilet seat had urine stains on it which means they didn't even bother to clean the bathroom after it was vacated by the guests before us. All the faucets are covered in stains and feel dirty.
I can understand the state of the furniture given this is 3 stars hotel in Romania, but the cleanliness should be a non-negotiable regardless of the price.

How clean the room was and how good the facilities were
Its a hand held shower, but isnt really much a problem, the only bad thing I can think of really

The bed were confortable and was quite clean
The hotel is situated quite far from the city centre, but the main issue is that the building was not designed for a hotel at first, mostly looks like a former 1 room apartments building.
The breakfast was okish, but was kinda poor in options, also the restaurant had the most oldest and dirtyest coffee filter machine i ever saw. A coffee filter machine, not an espresso automated machine.
I had difficulties obtaining a bottle opener-cork opener in a "3 star hotel" the security guard was borrowing one from the office which was needed in the reception back asap.
