Staff was great. Good sized rooms. Strong water pressure in the shower. Bed was comfy. Awesome having ac and a fridge. And free water.

Pillow were a little hard and the robe was scratchy

We had a wonderful stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed — everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Live music at the bar and Breakfast was a highlight, with a great selection to start the day. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service from Conor. Late at night, my friend's daughter was hungry, and even though the kitchen was already closed, Conor went above and beyond — he and the chef put together sandwiches for us anyway. That kind of genuine care and willingness to help, especially outside of normal hours, made a real difference to our stay and is something we won't forget. Highly recommend this hotel, and a special thank you to Conor and the kitchen team for their kindness and excellent service.

The hotel would be a good location to Sligo. Breakfast is good for €13 or if included in rate. Staff generally friendly.

Rooms, and particularly the bathrooms, need renovation. Decor in corridor and rooms is dated and dull. TV was not working in my room. Fittings were broken in bathroom and grout in shower area was marked. Water pressure not good in shower.
