The staff

Not so clean, the trash wasn't taken in 5 days, no clean towels in 5 days. AC wasn't clean and didn't function properly.

Bad

The bedsheets had holes in them. The bedsheets had blood stains. I asked reception for new sheets and was told no. Dust everywhere. Bugs in the bathroom.

Good thing that I was there for only 2 nights and didn’t spend much time at the hotel, next time I’m definitely crashing

Very close to the subway station and other transportation methods. 24/7 Supermarket across the street. Friendly staff.

Very small room (pictures made with zoom out), dust everywhere, pee droplets on the walls near the toilet, some alcohol bottle and cigarette buds hidden in the bathroom (bet they’re still there), mosquito tablets smell imprinted in all the fabrics, couldn’t get rid of it neither in 1h of ventilating the “room”, AC unit is the only option to heat up the place, sheets feel unclean, dirty walls, wiggly door lock totally not secure.

Very good

Very central location to the shopping centre Veranda and easy access to bus and metro. Easy access to restaurants and Bucur Obor market.

Very hard to find out the parking spaces.

there was some hairs on the table, towels and floor. it was not clean

Disgusting smelling carpet floor.

The bed was very comfortable. We could rest after a stressful day.

The entire carpet in the room smelled badly like cigararette smoke (we booked a non-smoking room). We would eventually get used to it, but every time we entered the room, it was disgusting. The room would’t lock from the inside. We had to drag a furniture piece in front of the door to feel safe. And the handle of the only window you could open to get some freah air was broken. We asked for an iron one day, and the reception told us to ask the collegue at night. The collegue told us, they don’t have one for clients to borrow. We had to pay at the check-in, which was a bit strange, since we didn’t see the room before.
