One of the best experiences from Romanin hotels.

Everything was wonderful. Big rooms, comfy bed, delicious breakfast, great wifi signal, parking and ofc everyone from the hotel.

very patient, accommodating and sympathetic staff. A great hotel to visit and stay in.

Excellent residential location in a very green and affluent neighbourhood. + spacious room (305) large work desk + fully equipped bathroom + very comfortable bed + large glazing with a opening window

The Breakfast room is just that. No Lunch or Dinner served there at all Me:- no lift no problem (older people beware) No gym or recreational facilities

Staff. Communicative and helpful. Room was bigger than I expected, with nice design.

The hotel has no lift and ramps. Just a lift chair for disabled persons. This is not an issue for me, but can be unpleasant experience for elderly users (luggage).

The hotel is located at just a 15-minute walk from the center, and provides a free and secure parking space. l was a bit surprised by the room, for it was a lot spacious than I expected. The people working on the front desk are really helpful. Breakfast was good.

This is not an exact complain, but the pillows are the generic ones, that make your head sink in them. So, if you like a firmer pillow, make sure you use two.

A great choice for this city!

The staff were very accommodating, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location is really cute and it is easy to get to the center.

Very negative experience. Staff gets less than a 0

* Breakfast was nice, with actual juice for drinks (not concentrate or water-diluted stuff) * The room and bathroom were clean, well-designed and had good toiletries

The staff here is bad on so many levels it's hard to put into words. This can't be compensated by decent facilities. Just some stories: * We were planning to cross the border from Serbia and arrive at the hotel in the evening (notified them). We reached the border a bit late and started searching for the closest open crossing. The English info online was out of date, so as a last resort we called the hotel. They said they had no idea and that it was our own problem. I explained that maybe the info was available in Romanian, and I was just asking for an online search. The staffer didn't care at all and said the most he could do was ask a colleague. They then suggested that we go through Hungary (even if this made any sense, the route he suggested was at best a 6-hour drive, at night!). I also asked about a specific nearby crossing, but they just hadn't heard of it. Keep in mind, we were 40 km from Timisoara, and due to the complete lack of empathy or knowledge, we ended up doing a 140-km detour (not through Hungary). What struck me the most was the they absolutely didn't care about our well-being. * When we finally arrived, the receptionist just registered us and didn't ask anything, though it seemed like it was the same guy. A summary of our conversation: — Do you have parking inside? — It's ok on the street. I can open the gate for you, but no idea if we have space left [it's just outside + he can see this in the security camera] — Is there an elevator? — Nah but it's the first floor, you'll be fine [the first hotel ever for me where the staff didn't want to help with the bags, esp. to my wife, so I had to go back and forth] — Where can we buy the weekly pass for Romanian toll roads? — What's that? We don't have toll roads in Romania [there are lots of toll roads and the pass is called Vignette] * We asked in advance if their sheets were 100% cotton (allergies to synth).

Perfect rooms ,very clean ,nice breakfast and friendly stuff. The biggest plus is that we went at the center walking,everything is very near. Very nice experience.
