The villa is located in Chalkidiki in front of the peninsula Agion Oros (about 22 km) in an idyllic landscape with greenery and natural diversity and only 150m from the beach.
Chestnut, tiller Baume end at beaches with crystal clear waters and stunning coastline of several kilometers.
The house consists of two floors, the first is the kitchen, which living room and the bathroom and in the second the three bedrooms and the bathroom.

Our host was lovely.
This comfortable house was a pleasant base for exploring the local area.
We found charming beaches and interesting historical sites nearby.
There is a useful range of shops in Ierissos.

Great location if you like to relax and enjoy the beach. You need a car for villages and shopping.

Villa met our needs. Clean, tidy and well presented.
The beach was only 150m away and what I would call "wild". It is several miles long, very few people but is not maintained by the local authority. We went there everyday.
I loved the olive trees and the sense of space with the sea to our front and pine covered hills behind.
The nearest towns are 10 minutes away by car. If you want action, lots of organized activities or a great night life then you have the wrong place.
There is a road to the front of the property, it is how you get there, but for me it was not an issue.
I really enjoyed my visit and wish I was back in the sun.
