Perfect location in the city
Our bed was so comfy
Room was spacious
I stay there a lot and have sent family to stay there, so we are regulars.
The lady at reception would not let my partner use the toilet at check in and told him to go up the road

I liked the staff member I dealt with on arrival was courteous exceptionally conscious and aware of my arrival at the time of arrival especially after traveling long distance what is needed is all necessary information relating to amenities and local availability conveniantly assisting making the check in a smoother process and the most important points of interest to cover all measures of purpose customized to the hotels attributes ...
The lack of sufficient milk and sugar to cater to us for our stay being that I will usually like a hot chocolate for night time and a coffee for the morning to get the day starred and there was a limited amount that did not make ends meet to serve the both of us and time being the essence without saying the point being is this is a stopping point of top quality service and we utilize this for comfort and the sake of privacy as we were not wanting to have to report to the reception to have that delivered or be annoying to have to ask for that...
