very nice place to stay. very good breakfast, close to water park.

Hotel is in very nice area, with cycle routes, fruit gardens... Bikes are free to rent. Food was great but expensive.
Old hotel, price is too expensive to what you get. Does not have swimming pool for kids. It only has wellness from the age 15+. Not much to do in the hotel.

We really enjoyed it. The breakfast was find, location is fantastic. We used the tunnel to go to the spa and pools.
The bed was a little bit hard for me. Everything else was fine. Thank you to the staff for the excellent work. Keep it up :-)

Staff was extremely friendly and service oriented.
The spa / wellness area is nice and well maintained.
Upon check-in the receptionist was already informed about our dietary requirements and presented us with menu options for the day.
The kitchen and service staff were extremely patient, friendly and tried their best to accommodate our dietary needs (vegetarian, dairy-free).
The home-made lemonades are delicious.
The bed was really comfortable.
The breakfast was ok but I would have appreciated more variety. There were no soft boiled eggs or sunny-side up eggs and no plant alternative for milk or yoghurt.
The snacks were overpriced at times, a langos costs 9,90€ which is ridiculous.
Our room was facing the entrance so during part of the night there was a light shining right in front of the window which was at times annoying because even though the curtains were good, some light came through.
We informed the hotel in advance that we're bringing a dog and they confirmed but didn't tell us how much it will cost. Unfortunately we also didn't find this information on the website. It's 15€/night which is not too bad, but I would have appreciated knowing in advance.

I`ve known the location before very well, so it was not surprising for me. But for those who don't, the location is wonderful for a few days a or a week holiday. The aquapark is great and is connected with the hotel directly which is great. Nice place for walks, cycling, tasting wine or visiting places around both in Austria and Hungary. Hotel is OK, wide choice at breakfast, dinner is fine as well.
We had quite a large apartment for 2 adults and 2 children (11,13) with one double bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was in a very bed condition so sleeping there for 4 nights was a nightmare. There also were not enough hooks or suitable storage for towels and swiming suits. There was quite a large kitchen in the room which was quite useless since most of the people go to the restaurant. Even with small babies you 'd use mostly a microwave and fridge. WIFI was very bad, always very low signal and often not working at all.
