Staff are extremely friendly and only had issues with my booking but that was due to me overcomplicating things. The staff were very accepting and accomodating. Overall experience matched the price so I am very satisfied with my stay.
Is a bit of a distant from the main city hub, had to walk over 15mins each way to and from main city area. There is secure parking so could have driven but then having to deal with Perth parking is a whole other issue. And maybe offer room service - but staff were helpful when I ordered uber eats after the attached restaurant was closed for the night.

Location is fantastic, close to plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants and walking distance to Perth train station with airport line. I could also walk over to my conference in the city centre in a pleasant half hour stroll. Room was spacious, even though it had no window, that probably made it snug and quiet. Staff were very polite and the bar/restaurant was great.
Free daily servicing of all rooms, if requested, would be a bonus.
