Máskor kényelmesebb szobát kaptunk, most ez nem jött be.

A reggeli jó volt, az elhelyezkedés kiváló. A törölközőket naponta cserélték.

Sarokszobát kaptunk, az ágy a sarokban volt, a fájós derekammal alig tudtam ki-be mászni. Éjjeli szekrény és olvasó lámpa egy sem volt. A mennyezeti lámpa gyenge volt. A szoba nagyon szűkös volt. Egy vállfa sem volt a szekrényben. Egyetlen konnektor volt a szobában. A wifi-re nem lehetett rácsatlakozni. A szoba egy kicsi belső udvarra nézett, fény semmi nem jutott be. Sajnálom, mert elég drága volt a szoba.

Fantasztikus szállás! Kiváló helyen, a látványosságok közelében. A szoba kényelmes, tágas, a személyzet nagyon barátságos, a reggeli pedig elképesztően fimomés bőséges. Szívből ajánlom!

The Location is amazing and the staff are really helpful and friendly at the check in desk.

The shower was broken, breakfast was very small and limited, I'm glad I didn't pay for breakfast because I would have asked for a refund.

Good Enough

The location was exceptional, the breakfast was decent. The staff was very healpful and kind.

The breakfast lacked variety. There was a day they removed the sign from the door but did not clean the room Non functional bathroom light.

Friendly staff, good neighborhood

The cleaning wasn't good enough. We didn't receive more toilet paper when we ran out of it. The carpet of the room have a disgusting smell.

Breakfast was really good, location was amazing and staff was always happy to help.

One room was too small compared to other, had barely enough space go move around. The breakfast area was sometimes too crowded.

Exceptional

Slightly pricey but still the best price we could find in town. Was very comfortable. The included breakfast was exceptional and made everything worth it.

Very good

Location is very nice, close to center and main railway station. We put our luggages in luggage room for a long time and took them back around 2 am which saved our lives!! Breakfast was really nice. Nice place for traveling as a couple. Staffs like to help.

Rooms are really small and bathroom might have made us feel more clean

Nice and clean room!!! - tiny restaurant :(

Room was nice, clean, with own bathroom. It was not facing the street, so it was really calm. Bathroom was really clean. Overall satisfied with the room. We arrived earlier (around 1 pm), and our room was ready for using it. That was superb!!!

The check-in lady wasn't so friendly, and it seemed immediately that she doesn't like her job. Pretty sad and unpleasant. Dunno if she wasn't able to hear properly, or she didn't care about what we were asking. The restaurant is REALLY TINY!, there were no place for seating. And of course, some youngsters guests didn't care, they finished their breakfast, and still sitting in a 6-people table, just checking their facebook and instagram, while other guests waiting for a place to seat. Of course this is not directly fault of the hotel, but I guess the hotel should get more room for this kind of situations.

horrible, lost time of work cause of the wifi , if I know was not working wouldn’t stay , the staff nothing they can do

Disappointing

Great location Friendly staff

We discovered that our triple room had not been cleaned when we got in. The beds were unmade and messy + dirty towels on the floor. ( Someone took care of it after my complaint) I was charged more than what was planned on Booking ( had to talk to 3 people to get the problem solved) Someone put a paper bag away ( full of candies) which was not on the floor but on the desk

Good for sleeping if it is not hot in the city.

Breakfast was ok.

We asked for two single beds, we got a double bed, ng After complaining and waiting we got two single beds. Only the room was in the top, no working airco, in the heat we had to open the windows, noisy street. Hard to sleep. After a few nights we got a ventilator. The shower did not work correctly, it took two days of complaining before it was ok.
