I loved the location. It’s a destination where you can truly rest and recharge. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, always smiling and super helpful at all times. The food was also great and portions were big.
There was an issue with the water. It basically just stopped and there was no water at all from 7pm to at least 11am the next day when we checked out of the room . But the way the staff handled it made up for it. They brought every single guest big 12 liter containers of water and buckets as well, they also issued us a 50€ voucher we could use in the restaurant or the beach bar. The way they handled the issue made it so that it didn’t ruin our experience at all. They took full accountability even when the issue wasn’t really their fault and was out of their control.

The good location near the sea, the clean and comfortable room.
The umbrella on the beach was preselected by the staff and we did not like its location very much but did not have a choice.

Great place for small kids! The most amazing staff work there - they are all nice and kind, and do their best to make the stay unforgettable.
The shower cabin is poorly designed and a safety hazard for taller guests, featuring an inadequate overall height of only ~175 cm that caused me to bump my head multiple times and get minor cuts, forcing me to wrap a hand towel around the sharp edges just to get in and out of the shower safely.

The room was nice and the bathroom was spacious.
Everything was clean.
The staff were overall very friendly.
Quiet area.
Price was ok.
The beach lounges are free of charge.
Sea view and close to the beach.
Food variety was lacking everything.
Breakfast was always cold and empty even at 8 O'clock.
Dinner was made with no love as if it's a school kitchen.
The insects and mosquitoes are a plague and very aggressive.
