Location, walking distance to most of all the beautiful Biarritz Centre Ville. It is just like shown on website.
The lady in the reception was kind, happy, helpful and gave us lots of tips!!
Breakfast is € 13,5 and has good bread, tea , coffee , croissants, juice etc with nice tables .
The rugs from the stairs need to be changed

The location was very good. The room was very spacious and overall comfortable, clean and nice.
Overall, the property was nice. However for the cost per night, I did expect more. I understand it’s high season and most hotels in Biarritz are expensive, but we decided to pay a little bit more to get a nice hotel but felt dissapointed when we arrived. While we’re overall happy with the stay, the hotel lack personality and that “extra” that you expect when paying that kind of money. Also, the Wi-fi did not work properly, so take that into consideration if you need to work or don’t have data. There is no elevator so you have to carry luggage up the stairs. There is also not 24 hours reception (only a few hours per day). Not deal breakers for us but good to be aware of.

Beautiful hotel. It was right in the heart of Biarritz, but tucked away so you don’t have the sound of people at the pubs etc. The rooms were incredibly cute and had very good and clean facilities including an amazing bathroom. The staff were all incredibly kind and were incredibly helpful. The bed was super comfy and there’s an aircon you can control within the room. Very nice to step into a cold room after a hot day outside. There’s also a little fridge and a few coffee and tea things in the room.
Only thing I noticed was the walls aren’t the thickest, so we heard our neighbours entering/exiting their room in the mornings and evenings, but nothing other than that! Once they’re in their rooms we could not hear them.

The location was very central and close to restaurants and beaches. But be warned, it’s halfway up a steep road.
I booked this hotel because the pictures seemed to show the rooms had wood flooring but it’s actually very worn carpet. The building seems quite old as there’s no elevator, and the staircase is very narrow. There’s no soundproofing at all so I found it quite noisy. Even after asking for my room to be cleaned, the bathroom sink and floor were left dirty. There were no drinking glasses in either the room or bathroom and very few coat hangers.
