We enjoyed the time at your establishment very much. The reception staff and the lady at the convenience store were all very helpful.
The swimming pools were clean and heated at different temperatures and we enjoyed them thoroughly. We also loved the indoor tennis court.
The restaurant’s food was great except for the steak. It was underwhelming.
We would stay there again if we are in the area.
Some of the things I found odd was:
1. The pools state that it is open till 8 pm, but at 19h40 like clockwork everyone is told to be out of the pools. Then state that it closes at 17h40 or tell people to be on
2. You have wash all your dishes, take out the trash and clean the kitchen before you depart. We tried to buy some more dishwashing liquid and rubbish bags at the convenience shop on the last day, but they didn’t have any and advise us to drive 5 km to the next shop. Those are staples that you should stock if you make rules like that.

Pool & playground area was great. Staff where very friendly.
Could do with tidying up around the cottages. Lots off weeds growing between the concrete slabs also some wobbly ones on our patio that where dangerous.
