Stairs from Hotel Door to reception - this info should be displayed at the time of booking. I've had an ankle fracture ( 2 breaks) so with luggage this was difficult for me to discover on arrival

We chose the hotel because of the location near the port. The hotel was just fine, simple and plain, but fully adequate for our needs and the price was acceptable, considering the location.
The stairs were very steep and long with suitcases, but the reception offered to help take then down again when we departed.
