Strategically in the city center, very close to the lake as well.
Clean, spacious rooms, parking.
If you have a kid and you need to warm up the milk before 7am or after 9pm it is not possible. This is an issue from my perspective, having a microwave for this would be helpful.
No lift but I think that the structure of the hotel does not allow it.

Great location, clean and tidy. Sound and safe parking.
If the room had air conditioning, a small fridge and perhaps tea and coffee it would be perfect.

Nice quiet hotel close to the town centre.
Very little atmosphere. The lack of a restaurant or a lounge bar meant meant it was quite soulless.
