Not too large, lovely rooms, small but comfortable and very clean.
They had new air conditioning , which was great but was very noisy during the night. Think it needs looking at.

A very acceptable stay at this budget hotel. Access is very quick and easy from the motorway but there was no noticeable motorway noise within the hotel. Very helpful staff.

The staff were very friendly, the place was pretty good value for money and it was a handy place to stop on the way back to the Eurotunnel as it's just off the motorway. There are some nice restaurants nearby. It was fine for one night.
The room was very small and incredibly basic (I guess you get what you pay for). However, the worst thing was the strange drain-like smell everywhere in the hotel, including the reception/breakfast area, outside and even in the room.
