location seemed ok staff were helpful as they could be.
e had to find alternate accommodation. i enquired if the property had lifts as my mother is 85 years old and unable to climb more than 4-5 steps. The property returned my message and guaranteed the lift services all floors which was incorrect information. We had to walk up a spiral staircase (30+ steps) to get to level 1 then the lift starts there and they were not going to provide a refund initially. Eventually they agreed after seeing my mother struggled to walk at all!

Good location, and friendly staff. Decent breakfast but no variety, every day it was the same.
Every detail in our room was crooked (for example, the bath room sink and bathroom walls, pictures in the bedroom, the floor). You can hear neighbours through the walls and noise coming from outside.
