J'ai particulièrement apprécié la convivialité de l'hôtel et la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel (personnel de réception et merci pour le chef (cuisine).
Le petit déjeuner a répondu à mes attentes, concernant la cuisine, celle du terroir; était parfaite.

L’hôtel est très bien placé, à proximité du centre du Mont-Dore. Le restaurant ainsi que le petit déjeuné sont très appréciables. Le lit est très confortable.
Le parking n’est pas fonctionnel du tout, les places sont étroites, il manque de place pour circuler, se garer correctement… l’hôtel est sur côté par le fait qu’il dispose d’une piscine : pour un 3 étoiles, elle manque de modernité, d’espace de détente dans l’eau (petites marches, coins à bulles…), elle n’est pas super chaud et manque de rafraîchissement. La salle de bain est toute petite et non fonctionnelle (pas de rangement, toilettes accolées à la porte). Pour un 3 étoiles, cet hôtel est sur côté. Pour le prix, il faut revoir beaucoup de choses, sinon si les travaux ne sont pas envisageables il faut baisser les prix.

(1)Corridor fire doors not up to standard, so we will not be staying again because of this one thing.
(2)Out-dated Covid restrictions - ostensibly restricting bringing any food and drink onto the premises unnecessary and draconian. No other hotel on our trip has found it necessary to continue to apply such measures, so why do Panorama?
(3)”comfort” standard of room was very cramped - particularly the wc/shower, with basin in the room making that feel small too.
