This newly remodeled home offers one bedroom with a queen size bed and two additional single beds in the first half of the living room that can be combined into a king. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, coffee maker, microwave, full size refrigerator, oven and dining set. Also the cottage has Wi-Fi, a 50" flat-screen TV with a DVD player with movies, a wall mounted air conditioning heat pump, furnished outdoor deck with dining area and charcoal grill, boat ramp and dock and the coolest fish-cleaning station for your daily catch. There is no cable tv. For your entertainment, our television is equipped with Roku, a device that provides over 40 channels, or applications. We provide access to premium channels including Disney Plus, Hulu and ESPN. If you would also like to access Netflix or Amazon Prime, you can log in with your own credentials. Spectacular views of the gulf, especially at sunset are seen from both the kitchen, living room and front deck. Throw on your bathing suit in the morning and head down the road to relax on the beach or launch your boat right in the backyard. Next to the ramp, the boat dock out back on the canal allows fisherman to keep their boats in the water, but watch the tides to ensure enough water flow to get out to the gulf when ready to fish.
