Staff was very courteous and caring, especially Moe at the front desk, who was quick to respond to all the requests that I had. I enjoyed swimming. The internet was very fast. The location was also good and very close to the Metro station.

Refusing to take responsibility for a charger that blew cause there was a big spark from one of your plugs when i tried to switch it on . Burning my charger hotel refused to take responsibility of the electrical problem which was not my fault burning my charger which went black cause of flame . Acknowledged the electrical problem as yours and fixing that only
