Fantastic location to get around the city. Clean and tidy room.
A couple of staff members were great but others were unfriendly and smoked by the entrance despite us waiting at reception

The hotel is located in the city center. We can easily walk to the Dom. There are many snacks downstairs the hotel, even on Sunday. In addition, a small shp nearby is still open on Sunday. When we watched TV, we found that the TV set could not be powered off through the remote control panel. We told the problem to the old staff at the reception desk. Then, the staff followed us to the room and replaced a new panel and solved the problem. We also visited unique chocolate museum.

Stay for a whole month The hotel is well-equipped with kitchen utensils in the rooms, which are great for making simple meals. The hotel also has a laundry room, which is very convenient to use, and the rooms are clean, tidy, and bright .
The hotel did not provide toiletries such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, or combs. Disposable slippers had to be requested from the front desk on the first floor every single time. This gave me the feeling that the hotel was being very stingy. Every time I asked for slippers, the staff would even ask, "What happened to your slippers?" I had to explain that mine were already worn out. It was really embarrassing. This whole experience gave me the feeling that the hotel was being very stingy.
