It was very good for one person, convenient and with good double windows so very quiet. Despite being close to the train station I did not hear anything. Also I like very early breakfast and there is a supermarket closeby so I could make breakfast in the room before cafes open.
The area is a bit shady at night did not feel super safe but nothing strange happened.
