Very clean, the beds were comfortable and it was cool during the heat wave. The communal areas were spotless thanks to automated robots as well. The car park was underneath so that was ideal for us as well.
Nobody replied to my messages at the start of my trip when I had questions about checking in. They have cleaners but no hotel staff at all and they clearly don’t reply to any questions which I do not like. Other than the lack of support, the facilities were clean and comfortable.

A beautiful, very modern, clean and beautiful hotel. Great facilities, comfy beds, roof terrace overlook Cologne with the Dom in sight. Great neighbourhood, close enough to the city. Would definitely stay there again.
Very friendly staff. In fact, the manager was there on her day off and helped me with storing my luggage before check-in.
Everything is automated, check-in and opening doors etc, all by phone. Great idea and it mainly worked as well:)

the breakfast was good, not so divers, but kind of traditional and tasty. We liked it. The place is very nice, well positioned and clean. The room has a great design.
It isnt actually a problem or someting we didnt liked: it would be good if there was a better explination regarding the orientation and the acces in the hotel, and also about the parking space. We managed in the end, but after a long journey, we needed 3 minutes to figure it out.

The breakfast was a total scam, 15 euros for gum-like bread, 4 other things and a tasteless coffee is deffinetly not worth it.
