Near the concert venue. Great family room. Quirky interior. Parking a bit steep and very full.
Too few staff. After the concert only one person serving. Most of the people were overnighting due to the local concert. This is the second time staying here, both times we waited quite a while for drinks. The breakfast area is a cross between a university campus and a bar. Bits of the breakfast bar scattered around. First no eggs available. The eggs arrived the no meat available.

The property was lovely and cozy. Very open space, yet feeling comfortable in the entrance/lounge area.
Only complaint is that trying to get into town, with unfortunate incidents on the tram was quite bothersome.
And because the conditioner was out in our room. Other than that, no other complaints!

The staff was kind.
Gym is small, but quite well equipped.
Nice restaurants in the nearby. (Osteria with great pizza)
No water or caffee in the room.
No closet in the room - you have to literally keep everything in your bag.
