The staff was really friendly and fulfilled each and every wish. Pillows and Bedding were changed without hesitation or question. The pools were really nice and afternoon snacks were included as well - awesome!
The mattresses were too hard for our liking.

Breakfast offered variety and for sweet/salty lovers there was plenty to choose from. There are two swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) which are open 3 days a week even after dinner (you just need to mention this at the reception). A special surprise was the free "Snack" from 13:00 to 16:00 when soup, sandwich, salad and cakes were offered. Also from 9:00 to 16:00 you can choose from various medicinal teas (also free).

Village and surrounding areas are beautiful.
Smelly hotel with old rooms and facilities. Hotel needs refurbishment badly. Quite disappointing experience. Based on reviews on booking I had much higher expectations. For rate we had paid you can stay in modern and nice hotel in Karnten. Definitely would not go back. I apologize for bad but honest review.
