Professional grade kitchen, front and back porches, 2 living rooms, dining room. Off street parking. Close to the Finger Lakes where you can take a wine tour, Corning Museum of Glass, Watkins Glen where Watkins Glen International Raceway is located, and minutes from Elmira College, The Clemens Center. We had a wonderful time for the weekend just being with family. The house is absolutely stunning and immaculate. I am hoping we will make another trip back some day in the summer so we can enjoy the beautiful yard too.

I booked this place in March 2023, for our yearly Canadian Thanksgiving getaway, with our Canadian and American friends.. This place is everything and more that states in there ad, pictures do it no justice...this place was the perfect spot for our getaway, from the spacious kitchen, to the formal dining room, the fact that all 4 bedrooms, have there own bathrooms, was great for all 8 guest...parking is enough for 4 vehicles, the access to local stores was awesome.. I give this rental 5 stars...Keith Hamilton

We had the most amazing week at this house! The property is incredible! We were in the area for a horse show at the Chemung County Fairgrounds. The owners were great to work with - they are very helpful! The house was perfect for parents staying with teenagers. We had plenty of space in the bedrooms. Each bathroom was fantastic. We had different schedules/ times we were leaving, but the house was quiet for those who were trying to sleep. The bedroom/ bathroom layout accomodated us well! Each room feels very private. The kitchen had everything we needed to pack lunches and prepare dinners. We spent evenings relaxing on the porches. We hope to return next year!

All I can say is Wow! What a fantastic property. Beautiful, spacious Victorian home that has been totally updated. Every bedroom has its own private bath, something rarely seen in an older home. The home was fully stocked and had everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again when visiting the area. I highly recommend it.

The AC works great and we had zero problems with anything. Loved the dual heads in main bathroom shower, Great large home for all of out of town family to gather in one place.

Five of us friends found this property to be perfect! Having five full bathrooms was a major plus. Things like bottled water, kitchen staples, and soft, fluffy towels set this place apart from other properties. We particularly enjoyed the big front porch and screened back porch, both with ceiling fans. We all said we were delighted with this property and wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

This is a wonderfully remodeled Victorian house. Modern amenities coupled with beautiful antiques and reproductions. Private bathrooms for each bedroom. Front and back porches are perfect for evening sitting.
Neighbors can be a bit noisy, but not awful.

It was perfect for the location. It was close to Wine country and Elmira college. It was very clean and updated. Amazing to have full baths for each bedroom. Kitchen handled having 15 people in it.

This was the perfect home located a reasonable distance from Cornell University that enabled us to gather as a family and celebrate our daughter’s graduation.
The home was spacious, warm and inviting and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and right at home for the weekend.

Great Place
It was perfect for the location. It was close to Wine country and Elmira college. It was very clean and updated. Amazing to have full baths for each bedroom. Kitchen handled having 15 people in it.

Warm, inviting and well appointed home
This was the perfect home located a reasonable distance from Cornell University that enabled us to gather as a family and celebrate our daughter’s graduation.
The home was spacious, warm and inviting and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and right at home for the weekend.

Great House, Great Hosts
We had 8 people stay here for a wedding. We had a party/rehearsal dinner here. The house is perfect for a large group, in a great location. We'll be back.

My family and I stayed for two nights in July to attend a memorial service, and since most of us are out of state we booked sight unseen. We could not have been more pleased with our experience. The pictures don't lie; this place has historic charm and modern conveniences (5 bathrooms! Amazing kitchen!), and a wonderful back porch and yard to boot. Check in was easy, and the hosts were incredibly responsive as questions came up. I will be very eager to stay here again if I'm in the area, and to recommend it to family and friends.

Beautiful house, extremely well appointed. Two minor drawbacks, the driveway is tight to get in and out of and don’t expect the neighbors to comply with the owners request to be quiet after 10pm. We chose to run the a/c units at night to help with the middle of the night domestic quarrel that was going on, it worked! We would definitely stay here again, we would plan to spend more time at the house, it was that lovely!

Now that the most important part is out of the way, the house is in your face awesome...you just can't win, because the house always wins. The neighborhood is quaint with a sliver of reality that everyone is at different places. So bring your curiosity and humility and simply REST. Have a great life.

This property was perfect for a family gathering for a graduation from college celebration. Spacious, clean and has modern kitchen amenities. Kitchen well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. Everything was the best!

The was probably the best rental we have ever been In. The Victorian house was totally remodeled, 4 large upstairs bedrooms with great bathrooms, great kitchen with large island. Very quiet street. Beautifully furnished. It was perfect for us.

We booked 2 nights for memorial weekend & We had great family time. Even though weather was not that great, we enjoyed staying indoors well. It felt like our own home to all of us. I highly recommend tia place fpr friends and family.
