Breakfast was excellent, covers Asian and western food (one of the main highlights of the hotel). Also, the hotel was clean and new. The staff were friendly and very helpful, e.g. Operation Agent: Anya An and Operation Supervisors: Ada Zhang, Hong Yuan and Alan Liu.

We received a very warm welcome from Rachel. We were able to check in early and were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade.
Rachel was especially kind and helpful when my wife developed a knee injury during our stay. She really took the time to think along with us and help wherever she could.
We also had very friendly contact with the manager. Overall, a very warm and welcoming experience.

The hotel was as beautiful as on the photos. I loved it. The bed was super comfy and shower was nice. They refilled water bottles every day. Breakfast was very varied so also nice. A taxi was easy to get.
The walk to the metro is much further than described on Booking.com. If I would know this in advance, I would maybe make another choice. Metro line 1 goes into the city and from the hotel that is 1.7 km walk, I had my Apple Watch measure it as I am
Pregnant this was quite a long walk to do every day. But if you don’t mind walking it is fine. Breakfast was quite busy
