Convenient stop over with great lakeside views
The staff were a little cold. And after eating a good meal on the terrace the wonderful clean mountain air was spoilt by many other people lighting up cigarettes! Thought the Swiss enjoyed clean air?

Comfortable hotel in a lakeside location, very friendly and welcoming staff. Good restaurant and breakfast. Comfortable spacious rooms.
The rooms felt a little overpriced for the facilities provided.

Good accommodation for skiers and snowboarders. Nothing special, but clean. Parking available, which helps. Reception super friendly, generally people make the difference. Restaurant downstairs is perfect after a ski day and the food is good.
The 2 rooms we stayed in were fair, furniture relatively old but fine for a ski vacation. The towels, the pillows and the bed linen need to be replaced; they were really old. A kettle in the room would also be good.
