Very comfortable beds and gracious and friendly owner. Although it's a more night life driven part of town, I felt safe and there are multiple locking doors between you and the area. The beds and rooms are generally clean as well as the toilets.
Since there is no AC, the windows must be left open and the area is very noisy. People were yelling all night and there were specifically 2-3 staff or friends of staff that were hollering right outside the business very late so we did not sleep. Id suggest this location if you can keep the window closed, otherwise the city noise and people will likely keep you awake
