wonderfull

Staffs of the hotel were so kind and helpful so i could stay pleasantly with their assistance. Especially, Mia is one of my best hotel staff in my life who is so kind and is able to provide mindful great customer service.

Unique experience beside river

Magnificent view of the Yangtze River (Changjiang) from my room, which was part of my lovely memory of the city of Wuhan. The room was spacious and cozy. Staff was very hospitable and caring. The river bank park is just next to the hotel, which is definitely worth a visit for the many aspects of local life and river view.

Need a bit of walk to / from subway, but it didn't matter as taxi fare was cheap.

location was perfect. staff was excellent.

There was no ATM which for international travelers was a big issue. Knowing that Covid put a big strain on expenses I hope they can address the cleanliness of the rooms. To be a 5 star rugs should be replaced with tile. The furniture should be cleaned to remove stains. The carpet and chairs in our room had many ugly stains which is something I wouldn’t expect for 5 star.

Good location with amazing night view.

Breakfast is normal, could be better, the choice is ok, could be made with more love. Breakfast close too fast, sometime the people come at 10:00 and could not have breakfast. It is possible to have tolerate time at the other hotels.

Best location to discover Wuhan

The location is outstanding along the Yangtze river, in the old British/French/Russian concessions of Wuhan. There is a nice pedestrian area nearby, with a lot of cafes and small shops. From the hotel it is easy to travel by taxi to the main attractions. If possible, pick a room with a view on the river side, the night light show is fantastic. The breakfast is really offering a lot of choice, for all tastes.

The swimming pool was still closed... Sorry but the COVID-19 restrictions are gone, this needs to be corrected promptly. The decoration of the room starts to be old fashioned. A refresh would be necessary.

Value for money and highly recommend.

I booked a river view room and it’s excellent. Hotel location is super convenient.

The buffet quality is dropped, could due to recent COViD situation in the city but it’s getting better.

Comfortable

Place was in a great location if you want to walk out to transportation, restaurants, etc. Also near a place were they are always taking wedding pics so pretty area. Staff was great. Got a free upgrade to river view.

Basically no parking on site so if you have family/friends coming to pick you up it's a pain if they need to park for a while. Decor and room was a little dated.
