Prima verblijf met goed personeel.

Het personeel was ontzettend behulpzaam. De locatie is prima.

Het is allemaal wel wat verouderd en het water in de douche liep niet goed weg. Verder hadden we eerst een kamer aan de straatkant. Voor ons met jongen kinderen wat storend wat betreft het geluid van buiten.

Очень достойный вариант для поездки в Дубай на несколько дней, если вы бюджетный путешественник. Имейте в виду, что район Бур-Дубай на 90% индийский, это не минус (в Дубае сложно встретить не приличного индийца), а скорее особенность. 2 метро и African Eastern в шаговой доступности.

Мы продлевали номер каждый день и цена на следующий день была выше, чем в предыдущий. В моем понимании так быть не должно.

اعجبني الموقع والنظافة وتعامل الموظفين والاستقبال بشكل عام كان كل شيء جيد

تم طلب غرفة بسرير مزدوج ولكن تم لصق سريرين فرديين مع بعضهما ليكون مزدوجا وكان ملاعجا بعض الشيء

Good property for Family

1. The location of the hotel is excellent 2. They have good car parking facility for the guests 3.. Beds were very comfortable

I liked the hospitality the reception was cheerful and the manager on duty was willing to assist every time we made our bookings to different places

The breakfast was not changing eggs everyday and beans no variety

Price was too high for this standards

1-Room was big 2-Location was not bad 3-Customer Service Manager was helpful and approachable.

1-Not able to get a high floor as requested 2-BreakFast was not as expected. Mostly Indian dishes 3-Not able to get a second room at any discount 4-Air Condition was uncontrollable

Чисто. Удобная кровать. Большой номер. Мы брали самый дешёвый. В нем два маленьких окна, не открываютя, свет попадает плохо, комнату не освещает, не проветривается, часто жили с открытой дверью, чтоб хоть как то освежить воздух. Большой удобный санузел с душевой. Шампуни прибиты к стене в дозаторах. Хорошие завтраки, но ни разу не было мяса, курицы или рыбы, вообще ничего такого, только сосиски. Зато фасоли большой выбор. Есть индийские блюда. Были яйца, выпечка, фрукты, овощи, смузи вкусные, кофемашина. Удобная локация, много кафе, магазинов, рядом автобус, до метро далеко. Бассейн пах хлоркой, не посещали. Есть бесплатный автобус на пляж ла мер в 11.00

Не открываются окна. Нет мяса, птицы, рыбы на завтраке.

Good stay in Savoy park hotel

The personnel was amazing, ready and prompt to support for any request. Few days after my arrival I requested for room change to have balcony, what they provided two days after, ... All request made was supported on time. This is the place I will definitely recommend

Swimming pool was the only concern I had, water was not cooled, it was very cold and even got flue and could not go back till my departure.

Great Place To Stay In Bur Dubai

An excellent property with probably the best support staff I have come across, be it Front Office, F&B, House Keeping or Maintenance. Responses to issues faced were instant. Attitude was positive and one couldn't have asked for more. One got served with a smile and it made a good day, better. The interconnecting studio rooms I had were spacious, well furnished and spotless. The linen, both bed and bath, were spotless and clean.

There appears to be a little Scandic influence when it comes to the size of the bathroom. It's tiny and a little difficult to get in and get out off. The WC is wedged into a minuscule area next to the tiny shower cubicle and I myself have dislodged the phone a couple of times trying to get up. Apart from that, it's clean and dry with sufficient bath linen provided.

A dissapointment

The location was ideal! This was our first time in Dubai, so it was great to be close majority of the tourist attractions that we wanted to see.

The hotel staff at the desk were rude, not helpful and made my stay really miserable! I will not be recommending or returning. Main issues:the room had a terrible smell so we got moved and the new room also had a horrid smell, there were works getting carried out on the ground floor which you could hear early hours of the morning and the desk staff were unpleasant.

Enjoyed it.

The staff at Savoy Park Hotel were very accommodative specially because we were travelling with small kids. They gave us a warm welcome and were very helpful when we had queries.

The size of the room was small, facilities were a bit old for the first room provided to us and when the 5th floor was undergoing renovation, staff moved us up to 7th floor where the bath room was renovated.

Exceptional

Good and friendly staff, nice & big rooms, huge bed with a lot of pillows, bus to the beach in the morning. Some walking from metro is required - see map. The hotel is nice in its category, for sure. In general, my previous hotel in Dubai had been worse and my next hotel in Dubai moved after Savoy was also worse. And somehow those were reviewed better than this everywhere. To compensate for that I rate Savoy Park Hotel Appartments with maximum

I wish in Summer it could be even closer to metro station

Nice place to stay if you want your family to be in one room to bond together!

Room size. The room is huge and we did not expect it was like a one bedroom hotel apartment. Breakfast is good. Staff were all nice. There is also parking. Pool was cool my kiddo enjoyed it.

Room is quite old but clean. Pool has no shade. Other than that, no other complaints.

The staff where so friendly they made us feel like home l went with my daughter she turned 23 the same we arrived they surprised her with a cake and a card she was happy the room was ever clear and they respond very quick the customer service is very good next time am in Dubai l will stay at the same hotel.
