Location, good breakfast, memory foam pillows. Customer service responded immediately to all requests.
Road construction outside so noisy at times. But management willing to change rooms away from street noise.

Very nice staff. The location was quite far from.. almost everything we wanted to visit, but a 30 minutes walk is healthy. The noise was to a minimum, but maybe thanks to the other tourists that kept a low level of noise. Overall 7/10 :)
The room was good but sadly a lot of dust particles in there. Also there was a spot in the room where the floor was creaking, and it was quite loud especially during the night when i wanted to use the bathroom. The bathroom had a toilet very uncomfortable to sit on.

Good value. Short walk to center.
Hotel a bit dated. We had an early leave planned so knew we were leaving before breakfast. Reception staff wouldn’t get me a coffee, which I thought would have been a simple nice touch.
