El trato y las amenidades.
El control pobre del reglamento en la alberca. Gente tomando alcohol justo a la orilla de la alberca, de una botella de vidrio directamente, y cero vigilancia del hotel cuidando que el reglamento se siga. Incluso pasada la hora de funcionamiento, había gente dentro de la alberca pasadas las 9pm cuando la indicación era alberca abierta hasta las 8pm.

All my interactions with staff were helpful and friendly.
Bed had no mattress cover and duvet had no cover either. Only flat sheet covering the bare mattress without elastic to hold it in place. Ladder to pool had rungs missing and it was difficult to use.

the room was spacious and well equipped
My first stay was 10 days. I complained that the ladder to the pool was broken. The receptionist acknowledged that he already knew. I returned a second time and the ladder still broken. I select my hotel for a pool and would not stay there again just for that reason. The wifi barely worked and most of the time not at all.
