Le lieu, le bâtiment et la piscine mais aussi le personnel qui était très efficace et sympathique

C’est l’absence de plage privée c’est dommage pour un hôtel de ce niveau à Punta Ala

The view of the sea and the port from the room and pool was fantastic. The all day pool bar was very convenient and the pool itself was a good size to swim in. The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable and the bathroom was good. We appreciated the turn down service. We liked the short walk to the port and the staff were very friendly. It was a very pleasant relaxing stay in a lovely location.

The hotel was much smaller than I anticipated from the photos and the car park was way too small for a busy period in August. The spa was a total delusion. I thought it would be a large sized affair with lots of treatments, but it seemed like one room with nobody there but one person to do a few massages. If I wanted a manicure I would have had to go to the port. On one day there was only a fish menu, and I hate fish so we were forced to leave the hotel for another restaurant. Not everyone likes fish.
