הנוף מהחדר היה מדהים, החדר קצת מיושן אבל מאוד נקי.
בריכה חיצונית וג'קוזי נחמדים וכך גם הסאונות, שיפרו את החוויה במלון.
שירות בקבלה נהדר עם הרבה הסברים.
מנקה נכנסה אלינו לחדר לשנייה ביום האחרון וזה הרגיש פחות בנוח.
ארוחת הבוקר סבירה, לא מאוד מגוונת אבל מכילה את מה שצריך. ביום האחרון כשהגענו חצי שעה לפני סגירת חדר האוכל כבר היה חצי ריק. באחד הימים ביקשנו שיארזנו לנו את ארוחת הבוקר מבעוד מועד, ארזנו לנו אבל לדעתנו אפשר לארוז מגוון של אוכל, וגם רצינו קפה טייק-אווי ולא היה כוסות קפה חד פעמיים.
המיקום קצת מרוחק, לנו לא היה נוח ללכת ברגל מהמלון אל העיר או להפך, אבל עם רכב היה נוח לחזור אל המלון ולחנות.

הכל היה מןשלם! נוף גן עדן, צוות מדהים ואדיב, אוכל מדהים וחשיבה על הפרטים הקטנים. פשוט מדהים ממליצים מאוד

Very comfortable family hotel with great facilities. Wonderful views from terrace and a choice of swimming pools. Meals were very good and the buffet option was excellent.
It was all fine. Probably more suited to families with small children than a retired couple.

Albergo con una vista molto bella su tutta la vallata, con una SPA grande, con più piscine di cui una a sfioro esterna molto bella.
Camera molto grande, comoda, asciugamani per ogni occasione, anche di colori diversi per riconoscerli tra ospiti, un tocco molto apprezzato
Navetta dal paese per tornare all'albergo, molto utile vista l'inclinazione della salita a piedi
La gestione è familiare quindi il rapporto con lo staff è molto variabile, a volte molto gentile e disponibile altre volte no
L'albergo è gestito dalla famiglia proprietaria senza manager professionali e questo si rispecchia in alcuni ambiti del servizio che sono più da "casa" che da hotel di livello. Con pochi tocchi più professionali potrebbe salire nettamente di qualità
Cose inaccettabili:
- I letti non hanno ne il copri materasso ne un topper, con le lenzuola direttamente appoggiate sul materasso. Assolutamente anti igenico
- Per un albergo che costa 400 euro a notte non avere l'aria condizionata è inaccettabile. Tardo giugno e luglio saranno sempre più caldi, e non è possibile scappare dal caldo della città per non riuscire a dormire dal caldo in montagna.
- Si può fumare sui terrazzi. Questo combinato col fatto che non essendoci l'aria condizionata bisogna tenere le finestre sempre aperte fa si che se si ha un vicino che fuma ci sia costante puzza di fumo in camera
- Nessuna attenzione ad allergeni, allergie alimentari ed altro. A colazione nessuna indicazione degli ingredienti e tutti gli utensili mischiati tra carne, uova, latte, frutta...
