The staff: for example - Before the Eroica, at 5:00am, Claudia was preparing for the 7:00am breakfast service - she stopped what she was doing and kindly made Cappuccino’s for all of us - what a star!
Mosquitoes! Not the hotel’s fault, but bring repellent!

Very uncomfortable mattress and pillows in my room. Unacceptable for the price paid.
