The views are absolutely amazing and the women at the front desk were so friendly.
This isn’t a negative but it’s far from everything in town. So make sure you have a ride to the property. You cannot get to the hotel by walking or public transportation.

Located in a park in the heart of Rieti. Beautiful building in a beautiful setting. Staff were professional yet friendly and kind to us, excellent food, great service. Surprisingly affordable for such a lovely place
Hideous awning propped up with massive steel pillars over part of the terrace which spoilt the ambience.

lovely historical location.
considering the level of the hotel, prestigious historical location, the breakfast space as well as buffet was at minimum sufficient level, with regards to the room, the bed itself wasn't at the right standards of comfort. Linen used as bed covers pretty old and tatty.
