Amazing location next to the Puccini lake, his home and the opera venue Good service in their restaurant Attentive to guests Car parking available if requested in advance Unusual quirky room facilities with under the bed jacuzzi, angel wing decor in the wall, TV projected onto the wall and steps up to the bed!

No instructions re the coffee machine, jacuzzi or the TV projector in the room 😬 Small car park - difficult to manoeuvre a large car

Vista sul lago molto bella e posizione comoda e vicina al Teatro all'aperto Giacomo Puccini per poter seguire concerti/spettacoli. Buona cena al ristorante dell'albergo. Gentilissima l'addetta alla reception.

La camera non ha soddisfatto le aspettative. In generale poca cura nell'allestimento della camera e nella pulizia. La struttura necessita di manutenzione ed aggiornamento. Colazione deludente.
