We had a really nice stay at ibis Styles in Warsaw. The hotel was clean, comfortable and had a pleasant atmosphere. Our room was nice and tidy, and everything we needed was there.
The staff were friendly and helpful, which made us feel very welcome. We also really enjoyed the breakfast — there was a good choice and everything was fresh and tasty.
The location was convenient for getting around Warsaw, and overall we had a very pleasant experience. We would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend this hotel to others.

This was not our first visit, so we knew what to expect. It's a great place to stop on the way from somewhere to somewhere else. Family friendly, there's even a small play-area near the reception. Good beds, very nice breakfast buffet.
They have a few different types of family rooms and suites, and based on availability you're never sure what you're gonna get. It would be fine, but some of the rooms have a mini fridge (that we were counting on based on previous visits), and other rooms do not, which was slightly inconvenient because our trip is long and we have small children so we had some perishable food with us.

Staff was great, easy to communicate with, helped with all inquiries. Breakfast was solid. Restaurant dishes were great. Bowling in the entertainment area was fun
Sofa bed was creaking terribly and woke us up multiple times during the night. Bathroom heater was not working so we could not dry our clothes after visiting spa. Jacuzzi in the spa was COLD. Bathroom in the spa did not have a lock.
