La stfuttura, il.proprietario e tutto lo staff da 10 e lode. Mi hanno salvato da una pessima gedtione di booking.
Per la struttura nulla. Mi é dispiaciuto arrivare slle 20 e la camera non c'era perché la struttura era al completo da tempo: sono stato fortunato che un cliente ha disdetto. Al numero di booking mi ha risposto un AI.....assurdo! Non sono riuscito a ridolvere fopo 25 minuti di attesa per voler parlare con un essere umano! La camera costava 98 euro ( me lo ha detto il proprietario) e con booking l'ho pagata 145 €. Sono veramente rimasto male...chissá quante altre volte mi é capitato senza saperlo. Il proprietario mi ha offerto gentilmente la cena nel suo ristorante dove ho mangiato benissimo!

Alla reception un'addetto fantastico che ci ha fornito informazioni dettagliate su come e dove visitare il territorio dei Castelli Romani e che mi ha fatto avere tramite WhatsApp la storia e i punti di interesse dei vari borghi da visitare
